HERON has been dedicated to metal joining technology for more than 30 years. We have independently developed our own MF DC welding and middle voltage capacitor discharge welding technology. We also has Tog-L-Loc and flush Self-Piercing clinching technology, and is an international leading supplier in the field of metal connection.

HERON was founded in 1991 in Guangzhou, whose facility is over 54,000m2.We have over 350 employees.

Our products include resistance welding, clinching universal equipment, and automatic welding and clinching lines for washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, refrigerator compressors, water tanks, etc.

We provide metal connection solutions for the automotive, auto parts, low voltage appliance, compressor, home appliances and hardware, motor and other manufacturing industries.

Our products stretch across the entire globe, and our customers include Volkswagen, Bentley, Gestamp, Johnson Controls, Emerson, Ariston, Whirlpool, Boshiwa, Snap-On, Schneider, etc.

Mr. Zou Chunya, graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1988 with a major in welding, founded Heron in 1991, is now the chairman of Guangzhou Heron Intelligent Equipment Company Limited, a member of the Guangzhou Welding Expert Pool, a long-term member of the American Welding Society (RWMA), an executive director of the Welding Society of the Automotive Engineering Association, a member of the South China Welding Association, and a director of the Guangzhou Sheet Metal Processing Association.

Mr. Zou Chunya has focused on resistance welding equipment and process research and development for more than 30 years, has a deep accumulation of resistance welding process, the first 250K ampere medium frequency DC welding power supply, invented the medium voltage capacitor energy storage resistance welding technology, the maximum output of 1 million ampere welding current, and the use of the latest resistance welding technology to continuously invent new processes, subvert the tradition, to achieve green welding, energy saving and environmental protection, has nearly more than 40 patented technologies, has made outstanding contributions to the welding industry.
