AC spot projection welding machine uses single-phase AC input, the workpiece to be welded is placed between the upper and lower electrodes. After the welding current and welding time are set by the resistance welding controller, set the pressure between the electrodes. When the large current passes through the parts to be welded, the high temperature generated by the contact resistance will melt the base metal to form a weld core.
